Leg One: March 4th – 21st, 2025
From Shepparton (Vic) to Harden (NSW)
Leg One traces the footsteps of Australian Light Horsemen. starting with a commemorative service at the Bourchier Statue in Shepparton and ending in Harden.

Day 1 (Tues March 4). Shepparton to Pine Lodge Reserve – 14 km
Day 2 (Wed March 5) Pine Lodge to Dookle College – 17 km.
then Dookie to Broken Creek – 13 km
Dar 3 (Thur March 6) Broken Creek to Goorambat Veterans Retreat -5 km
then to Devenish silo art- 17 km
Day 4 (Fri March 7) Devenish to Thoona Primary School – 19 km,
then to Warby Ranges – 8 km
Day 5 (Sat March 8) Warby Ranges to Wangaratta – 16 km (Long wkd Vic)
Day 6 (Sun March 9) Wangaratta to Eldorado – 22 km (Long wkd Vic)
Day 7 (Mon March 10) Eldorado to Indigo Creek Rd – 36 km (Long wkd Vic)
Day 8 (Tues March 11) Indigo Creek to Wodonga – 20 km
Day 9 (Wed March 12) Wodonga to Gerogery – 25 km
Day 10 (Thur March 13) Gerogery to Henty – 37 km
Day 11 (Fri March 14) Henty to The Rock – 31 km
Day 12 (Sat March 15) The Rock to Wagga Wagga – 32 km
Day 13 (Sun March 16) Service in Wagga Wagga
Day 14 (Mon March 17) Wagga Wagga to Junee – 37 km
Day 15 (Tues March 18) Junee to Bethungra – 30 km
Day 16 (Wed March 19) Bethungra to Cootamundra – 24 km
Day 17 (Thur March 20) Cootamundra to Wallendbeen – 21 km
Day 18 (Fri March 21) Wallendbeen to Harden – 22 km

Leg Two: March 31st to April 16th, 2025
from Young (NSW) to Tallangatta (Vic)
Leg Two travels from southern NSW into the High Country of NSW and Vic, ending at the statue of Sandy, the only horse to return home from World War One

Day 1 (Mon March 31) Young to Wallendbeen – 29 km
Day 2 (Tues April 1) Wallendbeen to Muttama – 39 km
Day 3 (Wed April 2) Muttama to Gundagai- 36 km
Day 4 (Thur April 3) Gundagal to Tumut- 34 km
Day 5 (Fri April 4) Tumut to Adelong – 20 km
Day 6 (Sat April 5) Adelong to Batlow – 26 km
Day 7 (Sun April 6) Batlow to Tumbarumba – 37 km
Day 8 (Mon April 7) Tumbarumba to Paddy’s River – 18 km
Day 9 (Tues April 8) Paddy’s River to Tooma – 17 km
Day 10 (Wed April 9) Tooma to Tintaldra – 20 km
Day 11 (Thur April 10) Tintaldra to Corryong – 22 km. (School holidays Vic now)
Day 12 (Fri April 11) Rest Day in Corryong – Man From Snowy River Festival
Day 13 (Sat April 12) Festival Day – commemorative events, community celebrations
Day 14 (Sun April 13) Corryong lo Cudgewa – 28 km
Day 15 (Mon April 14) Cudgewa to Shelley – 30 km
Day 16 (Tues April 15) Shelley to Bullioh – 25 km
Day 17 (Wed April 16) Bulllioh to Tallangatta – 15 km
